My name is Annie McKay-Hines, and I have been working in residential property management across New South Wales since 2005, I became a Licensed Real Estate Agent in 2010 and never looked back.

Throughout my career, I have managed portfolios ranging from boutique agencies to large rent rolls, developing extensive experience in all aspects of residential property management for over 20 years.

I pride myself on building strong relationships with everyone I work with and believe in delivering honest advice, exceptional communication, and reliable service.

My goal has always been to make property management straightforward, compliant, and stress-free for everyone involved.

In 2018 I founded Bulbel Property Management and have branded my company as a boutique property management support business dedicated to helping real estate agencies and property owners with professional, reliable, and flexible property management services.

I act as a seamless extension of my clients team, offering support when they need it most—whether it's routine inspections, ingoing and outgoing condition reports, lease administration, compliance management, maintenance coordination, NCAT preparation, or virtual property management assistance and even open homes when you're caught short.
